Today(22nd Jul, 2015) I received my new passport within 3 days after PSK Appointment. I applied for Passport re-issue under normal mode for few changes in address and personal details. Though, the new passport is subject to post police verification.
But, 3 days is just terrific, considering my first passport process that took more than 3 months in 2007.

At the same time, today I also got a new Indane LPG gas connection with same day cylinders delivery at home. And this took only 8 hours.
Now, government agencies are moving at the speed of light and seems racing ahead of their private counter parts, e-retailers.
